Space will be reserved at the conference hotel, in the area next to the meeting room.

Exhibitors at previous MEI conferences have found the combined conference-exhibition has provided them with a more relaxed setting than the hurly-burly of a major trade show, and many have found the returns on the cost of their stand to be considerably higher.

The rental rate for an exhibition booth for the 3 days of Process Mineralogy '26 is £1700 and includes:

Melamine white boards/Aluminium structure
Name of the exhibitor in cut black vinyl on the top
1.1Kw fuse box with a socket
1 x full delegate registration
1 x quarter page ad in the conference brochure
