Space will be reserved at the conference hotel, in the area where delegates will break for coffee and lunch. The Welcome Wine Reception is also held in the exhibition area.

Exhibitors at previous MEI conferences have found the combined conference-exhibition has provided them with a more relaxed setting than the hurly-burly of a major trade show, and many have found the returns on the cost of their stand to be considerably higher.

The rental rate for an exhibition booth for the 2 days of Mill Circuits '24 is £1200 and includes:

1 x 3m x 2m exhibition booth
1 x fascia
1 x company sign
1 x 15 amp power point
1 x 3ft (900mm) fluorescent light
1 x full delegate registration
