The conference dinner will be held on Thursday 14 November at Simon's at Groot Constantia

Nestled in the fertile Constantia Valley lies a 300-year old wine estate, Groot Constantia, and on it, Simon’s Restaurant, where they celebrate the riches of the Cape winelands by transforming the freshest ingredients into memorable meals.

The menu will be:


Starters

Cape Malay style Bobotie Dumplings
Beef Bobotie in crispy fried pastry, tomato salsa, Mrs Balls
Smoked Game
Marinated mushrooms, baby lettuce leaves, salsa, shaved parmesan
Smoked Snoek Pate
Served with homemade Apricot Jam

Mains
Slow Roasted Karoo Lamb Shoulder
With pan juices and minted salsa verde
Pan Roasted Kingklip
Olive oil and parsley new potatoes, seasonal vegetables
Cape Malay Vegetable Curry
Coriander salsa, yoghurt and roti

Desserts
Vanilla Panna Cotta
Warm Malva Pudding
Mini local cheese board with homemade preserves
