The exhibition will be held in the room next door to the presentations room, next to the area where delegates will break for coffee and lunch and where the Wine Reception is held.

Exhibitors at previous MEI conferences have found the combined conference-exhibition has provided them with a more relaxed setting than the hurly-burly of a major trade show, and many have found the returns on the cost of their stand to be considerably higher.

The rental rate for an exhibition booth for the 2 days of AI in Mineral Processing '27 is £1200 and includes:

1 x 3m x 2m exhibition booth
1 x fascia
1 x company sign
1 x 15 amp power point
1 x 3ft (900mm) fluorescent light
1 x full delegate registration
1 x half page ad in the conference brochure
